You may be wondering why we have different levels to our group classes, and which one is the most suitable for you. Let's start with the why...
Pilates class levels are important so that each participant receives the appropriate instruction and guidance tailored to their individual needs and abilities...
Safety - because individuals have varying levels of strength, flexibility, and coordination so we want to make sure that you are placed in the right class where the exercises will be challenging but suitable.
Progression - Class levels provide a structured framework so that you can advance through the exercises as you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Individualised Attention - Our expert teachers can provide better modifications, corrections, and variations without disturbing the flow of the class.
Focus and Intensity - Our class levels enable our teachers to maintain a consistent pace and intensity level that is suitable for everyone in the class, maximizing the effectiveness of the workout.
Community and Support - Creating a supportive environment where individuals can encourage and motivate each other, share experiences, and celebrate achievements together.
Goal Setting - With a structured progression system in place class levels allows you to set realistic goals, helping you to track your progress and stay motivated.
