Pilates From Within
Terms and Conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All booked group classes, 1:1, and duet appointments must be cancelled within a minimum 24 hours via our website or App, in person, or if absolutely necessary by email. Cancellations made out of this time frame will be considered a late cancellation and the full fee will be charged.
Late cancellation/no show fees, less than 24 hours: the full session fee or credit will be deducted for all Pay As You Go, 1:1, duets, group matwork and tower classes, monthly 1:1 and group class subscriptions.
The New to Pilates From Within packages must be completed within 2 weeks of the date of purchase for the Foundation, 3 weeks for the Progression package, and 4 weeks for the Transformation package.
Clients may not attend any class sessions unless they have booked in advance and paid in full ahead of the class.
All payments are non-refundable or transferable.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Monthly subscriptions are recurring payments taken on the last day of the month.
Subscriptions are set up in advance of attending classes, running for a minimum 3 month period. After the initial 3 month period you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting the studio.
Should a payment fail to be taken you will have to provide an alternative form of payment in order to attend classes or appointments.
If for any reason you are unable to attend your monthly allocated lessons please inform the studio with as much notice as possible and before the last day of the next payment date so that we can amend your payment accordingly.
Unused classes or appointments may not be rolled into the next calendar month.
Refunds will not be issued for unused classes.
CLASS CREDITS
Pay as you go class credits are valid for 30 days from date of purchase and must be used within this time scale. This includes group class activities, 1:1's and duets.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds, transfers or exchanges on any purchases.
All class bookings are only booked and confirmed with advance payment. Your session may not go ahead if we have not received payment, and it will not be booked if it is your first visit.
In extenuating circumstances, if Pilates From Within has to cancel a session, we will offer you credit towards future purchases.
For one-off events or workshops where credit is not an option, we may consider refunds minus an administration fee.
ONLINE SESSIONS
Online sessions must be booked and paid for in full and in advance via the website, the App, or when absolutely necessary via email 24 hours prior to the start of the of the session.
Should you need to cancel or amend your booking you must give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Anything less than 24 hours will be considered a late cancellation and you will be charged the full fee.
We do not offer refunds, transfers or exchanges on any purchases.
Pilates From Within will not take responsibility for WiFi/connectivity/technology issues, faults, or disruptions other than if they are the fault of Pilates From Within. In this situation, Pilates From Within will reschedule the session for an alternative date. Should the WiFi/connectivity/technology issue, fault, or disruption be the fault of the participant, no alternative class will be offered.
